I know I have a lot more to learn but I feel that I have an excellent foundation on which to build my business.

Aug 22,2024Lee, Gary & Valentine made it great but each segment except the pre- recorded LEE segment in day one and GARY’s fabulous details …..really needs to be streamlined even more as constant bombardment of housekeeping details is way way too long. Fries your brain and you wanna leave screaming for relief. LOL‼️ I suggest the housekeeping get more creatively lumped together and streamlined more as it just was unattractive to whomever would have to give/do. Where there’s a a will there’s a way …….. this can be far more creative and succinct. Every other hour of sales pitch was too much ….. why not offer the outline sales offers at the start / sideline choices during and folks can choose from that. Not everyone starts at the start even though most have no broker knowledge or experience. Gary’s heart & humble knowledge and Valentines details MAKES up for entire seminar …… I have owned and operated several biz and sales and even went to on line to learn marketing agency in two academic academies so the live seminar start should be different for most seminar newbies vs some w/ biz exp.

Aug 22,2024Maybe you should tell people up front how much money they will need instead of giving them a 10 min window to come up withc1000s of dollars, whole thing seemed like a scam for real. Didnt get my proof of funding letter either I wouldnt be looking for a new job if i had rgousands of dollars im board line homeless and all u did was wave freedom from stress and debtcin my face abd then snatch it away

Aug 22,2024So much information. It provided the opportunity to invest in myself and provide the knowledge to be more successful. There was a good dose of reality to what was taught. This can be a real money maker, but no one should make the mistake this is a get rich quick scheme. I will take work and a commitment to follow the plan.

Aug 11,2024I feel that Lee does such a good job at explaining the concept of Lien Abatement and he tells us about wholesaling and wholetailing along with fix and flipping that it makes us feel that there is hope in trying to get started in real estate investing without having to have money or good credit, and that you’re not alone in this and that you have a company behind you to offer knowledge and support.
