The workshop allowed me to understand a lot of how to use other peoples money as a broker, looking for Real Estate and distressed properties. The presenters were knowledgeable and explained each topic with patience and explicitly. I continue being interested in becoming a broker and opening an LLC

Jul 08,20241. I can't stand a hard sell. If you are pressuring me to buy today without doing the due diligence and offering discounts "today only" that throws up all kinds of red flags. 2. It didn't bother me that you are religious, but you brought it up 2-3 times every hour for six hours, I came to learn about real estate and your brokerage program not here you preach. 3. Then after I asked your people not to contact me again they texted and called. 4. The first hour that you talked, you didn't teach anything about real estate or being a broker. You spent the entire first hour talking about yourself, what you have done and your religion. You could have talked about your experience for five minutes and your class could have been 5 hours and 5 minutes instead of 6 hours. To be completely fair, I didn't learn anything about real estate that I didn't already know, I was interested in funding or the broker program and the computer program was very interesting, but you lost me the second time you offered a discount "today only". While I was in the class I looked up reviews for Lee Arnold. I know there are always going to be things that people leave bad reviews for that wouldn't bother me one bit, but the negative reviews I read spoke volumes. Now there were plenty of good reviews too, but some of the sites I checked give star reviews (like 4 out of 5 stars). Lee Arnold didn't have any that were decent. If I look at reviews and the average is not close to 4 stars or higher, I don't typically take a chance on them, Lee's was 2 stars on a few of the sites. I'd also like to make clear, I didn't have a lot of time to check the reviews. We were close to the end of the training and because of their "today only" offer I didn't get to really research them the way I would have liked.

Jul 07,2024Lee is very intense in his teaching of real estate I have learned so much from his webinars he gives you all the tools you need to get deals done & in the right way & with all the help of consulting with his team you need the 7hr tour was never boring at all was something that I needed to know to about to succeed in a life of wealth in real estate.

Jun 28,2024At first i was disappointed as all I heard was the sound of a instructor talking to listen to his own voice, was not see the potential of the class. Also instructors need a teaching guideline, not something off the top of their head as to where the class is going, seem material focus was getting lost. There was a lot of digression not as a learning mechanism and lot of program advertising that used a lot of class time which could make the class shorter and still learn the material. Lastly I know your are a Faith Based organization, the beginning prayer is fine but not worked into the learning material, a slight mention of what a person should consider faith, but not preached that god instills faith, to that I say prove it and that it is man made conditioning that follow religion.
