Jan 24,2025I learned a lot however there is one thing that I think they can change to make the joining the program more inviting and that is to explain all the levels of the price points that they offer upfront. I found it to be discouraging to know that once I paid for a product then a few seconds later another product is mentioned and offered.

Jan 24,2025My money has been stolen 24997 for a class i did not want.I made a mistake about what the education training was about.I thought i could use cogo capital to buy notes.I was told by mr lum i can't do that.Mr nick fiacco i explained my mistake to him he said no refund instead he trying to force me ina rehabbing class i don't need just to keep my money.MR LEE ARNOLD i am begging you as a man of GOD JESUS to refund my money.I made a mistake my money is severely depleted for a class i will never attend.Have mercy like the woman that was found in adultery and jesus said who have no sin or make mistakes cast the first stone.I am stressed but i will pray until this crisis in my financial life passed.What would jesus do as a believer do not take advantage of me.I need my money i am a disabled combat vet on a fixed income.I only rehab a few houses a year .i am stuck in a property in stlouis.I don't beg cause i have pride but i need my money back cause the class i thought i was getting does not exist in your program

Jan 23,2025The organization was just high pressure sales. While I was in the class they kept trying to convince us to buy more and more expensive training. I've had two "coaching" calls and both just wanted to sell me, one was a $9000 training trip to Idaho the other was a $4000 piece of software, when I said they got angry. I tried to invest in their SIC Fund III can't get anyone to respond. The class was bill as being about REOs but it barely talked about REOs.

Jan 17,2025Most disappointing experience. I would consider this a scam with all the trouble my husband had. At age 80, we could not afford to lose $20,000. On other sites, I have found reviews that are not at all favorable. I think my husband trusted your site without investigating BBB, Google and other sites. I feel for him because he believed and has put us in a difficult situation. Beware of Lee Arnold and his business Cogo.

Jan 16,2025This company is a den of thieves , Look into all the money they have stolen on BBB. They have gotten so good at stealing people money that the programs they are selling are not worth the money you paid for it. I dare not ask how much was spent for these 5 star reviews?? They don't care enough that the programs don't work as advertised and after people invest in the program it seem the money was just given away!!! My story: If they can take money from me even knowing my circumstances means they don't have a heart!! Of course I would put 0 stars. I'm wondering how many reviews before something is done with these people taking people money!!!! I got pressured by Cante Owens on purchasing a course, He throughly took advantage with empty promises and the notion that he cared??? I cannot believe that in spite of him knowing I was dealing with a tragedy of my husband getting hurt with a TBI he promised I would make money with the broker certification program for 4997 and Cante kept insisting I could get the rest of the money from copper rock. I signed on 11/30/24 and sent a cancelation on 12/2/24 within the 3 days. He continued to call me trying to offer something else, I never withdrew my cancelation. Lee says he is christian? I don't think so there is no honor in robing people. Apparently There are issues with these products they don't measure up to really do what it was bought for, so give people their money back or fix the programs!!!! Lee don't pretend not to see these complaints, If it is in you do what you know is right! This will catch up to you especially you Cante!!!!

Jan 13,2025During the Private Money Broker Certification training the demonstation of Delio.pro is missrepresented. What they talk about as features in the product are not what you get. It is misleasing, dishonest, and unprofessional. When reaching out to customer service about the discrepency you are told those features are an additional cost. It was like test driving a car and then after purchasing it being told the engine is sold seperately. Extremely disapointing.
