Jan 10,2025I learned how to make a passive income with the income notes by brokering, bird dogging,flipping,rehabbing,sub-servicing.By doing these then I can retire with my nursing job.I plan also to give back to my family because they sent me to school for nursing.But most of all I will not forget Jesus because without Him I can’t survive in this world Amen Jesus. I’m also thankful to Mr Lee Arnold and the whole company for joining this wonderful journey.

It is well worth your time to stop your day and listen to some very credible people explain the path that they have traveled and developed into a step-by-step plan that you, if you do the work, can have your wildest dreams..... Maybe not that wild!

Jan 10,2025The material content was excellent - well written so the subject matter could easily be understood by first time students wanting to learn an income avenue in real estate. The instructor took his time to explain the course material and was very patient in answering questions and reviewing content as many times as needed for students to grasp concepts. The support the students have available once the course is completed is almost unlimited! Mr. Tavares, the instructor, made himself available to students for assistance after the course was completed! He also discussed the many avenues through the Lee Arnold system that would guide a student through their first, and subsequent deals, if they needed advice or assistance in the future. This is my third class taken through the Lee Arnold system. My experience with the Lee Arnold system education courses has been wonderful. I will continue my education in real estate using this system to provide the education and knowledge I need to achieve my real estate goals.

Jan 10,2025I was a little quick or you were not quick enough, I had printed and had bound the workbook only to be announced in the 1st class that the workbook had been updated. It became a struggle to follow pages that weren't there. Classes were good, teacher was great. Our beliefs differ so less religion, for the cost of the program, should be considered.
