Jun 08,2023This system was sold in a way that was misleading. This was sold on the premise that once I became a broker and brokered my own deals I would get paid to broker my own deals. The truth is that I pay myself, so in reality It is a wash. I understand I would have to pay a fee regardless, but it was not made transparent at the sale point. Then it was a constant infomercial the first 2 days. Lee says our time is valuable, however he proceeded to waste my time on his sales pitches for 2 days! And actually has questions on the test that pertain to being pitched up sells. Felt like i was in the presence of a used car salesman. Felt dirty. Had I known I would not have paid the money to go through that. Up front transparency would have been elhtical in my opinion.
