I now have developed a LAND assignment biz, that is just now baring fruit. It's noe time for LEE'S Wealth building agenda. Has been structured and tools provided to allow anyone serious about building a realestate investment business. To hit the ground running. Lee's program and tools open doors for you that you would otherwise be required to break down. That takes time. And time is money.

May 25,2023Well, I spent about $4000 on your program. I got the private money broker certificate and they were supposed to be some coaching after I got my certificate well there was never any coaching and I don’t blame that for me not being successful because I am not and it just would’ve been nice to have somebody guide me along the way and that’s what I thought I was getting with the program. I also purchased a dealeo pro and all the information seems to be outdated, so I am very unhappy but I don’t want to discourage anybody else cause I see there’s many successful people I just wasn’t one of them. Thank you.

May 25,2023The presentation is too long and should be broken into sections. The presenters spend too much time speaking over one another and the rah rah is not sincere nor appropriate. If we wanted inspirational rah rah we can watch Tony Robbins! What the tour lacks is structure and credibility. This be a motivational event. Maybe some folks need this, I get it! There are some of us who want realistic approaches and information and this funding tour has bits and pieces but diluted to the point its difficult to follow.

May 25,2023Training provided a wealth of knowledge. Trainers were very knowledgeable and very passionate about what they shared. Gary was exceptional with his energy and enthusiasm. I was a bit disappointed with the number of up-sales offered throughout the training. I thought the number of pitches to upgrade and buy additional programs before I've made any money was a bit distracting and seemed to make my initial investment appear it could be insufficient for success. Personally, I would like to make money and increase my investment in new materials and training as proof of concept is met. I realize there are/were a number of experienced/successful students in the training that were the target audience for the additional programs. However for me as the newer person starting out it was a bit distracting.
