I ordered cacao urn, it's lovely, however it is high in price at £244.95, and very light in weight. I feel it's overpriced by £100. It is from The Netherlands however I didn't know this when I ordered it, & delivery was much longer than 5 to 10 days. Ordered 21st Oct, delivered 9th Nov. It was said delivery was taking place on 4th November, I waited up until midnight for it to arrive, because FedEx tracking stated upto this time. 5 days later I received delivery.

My urn was of extremely poor quality and was recieved damaged. Despite many attempts direct with Legend Urn; they refused to even pay for the repairs and reiterated they would not assist me in any way due to shipping issues outside of England. After taking it to a professional ceramicist for repairs; they deemed it unfit for purpose. The customer service was appalling with no sensitivity exercised whatsoever from the staff; especially Kevin. The response from Legend Urn illustrates that they are clearly not suited to this line of business as they insensitively claim the independent professional ceramicist made comments it was unfit for purpose as a means of "comfort." The impact of Legend Urn's appalling conduct and to put it politely "shoddy" urn has left me personally affected to the point I have had to recieve counselling therapy. Understandably, grief has no time and I have taken my time to address this in an attempt for closure. The UK financial ombudsman thankfully deemed that my evidence of the product's advert; accompanied by written statements from both the funeral director and an independent ceramicist, overwhelmingly indicated that Legend Urn was at fault. Such a shame that they fail to recognise or accept their error or ways and what is worse, their conduct and manner remains the same. The staff are not equipped with an ounce of empathy to effectively deal with bereaved clients and God forbid you have a problem with any purchases; I doubt you will be able to resolve this without external agencies. I vehemently recommend that Kevin in particular embarks on retraining as he works for the customer service department which he clearly isn't suited to! Perhaps a transfer to a non customer facing role would be more suited for Kevin....

I was expecting the urn to take 6 weeks, but it arrived ahead of time. I am very pleased with it, It’s really beautiful and well made, the picture on the web site doesn’t do it justice. I just wish my mother could see it, but I’m proud to say that it’s a fitting memorial for her. Thank you so much

Beautiful Urn, safely and speedily delivered. I was charged import tax but Legend Urn refunded me. Would definitely buy from them again.

Service was fast, reliable and the product looks really good. Disappointed by the nametag. I expected it to be engraved or embedded on the urn. Instead it's only a tag to attach with bi-adhesive tape. I could have done that myself.

One of the best selection of urns on the internet. Ordering was very easy and communication was good. Despite having to pay the substantial shipping fee I was reimbursed the amount very promptly. Item was packaged very well.

I was very pleased with the website, easy to understand and informative about their products,the let down was on the tracking website postnl, as off this day, the shipment is still in transit,which meant there was nobody here to accept the parcel,because of the wrong information given,and had to pick it up from the local post office.

Easy to order etc but the item isn’t as good quality steel as advertised. I gave other stainless steel jewellery which is fine but this make me come out in a rash and I can only think it’s not covered nickel properly.

I ordered an urn pendant for a friend. Items are shipping from The Netherlands. It did take almost 5 weeks for the item to arrive. The instructions did not specify that once the ashes are in the pendant and the pendant is locked, it is locked for good. My friend tried to close it to try how it works and it locked for good without her husband's ashes in it. The company told me to get it refunded and to order a new one. Because of Brexit issues, I paid for return shipping to NL and they refunded within 1 day of sending the receipt to them by email. When I bought the 2nd time, the item was stuck in customs. I had to pay for customs charge first and they refunded the money 1 day after I sent them the receipt. All in all, this company gave me a lot of faith and I had no issues with trusting them. Always contactable and very helpful. The issue regarding international shipping was indeed testing but I believe it is no fault of theirs. I do hope they can improve on their processes and because of the faith I have in them, they'll surely get it done! =)

My parcel arrived today I Was quite concerned as the packaging was badly damage. After opening it I found the item was well protected and undamaged. I am absolutely thrilled with the product it is beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend this company.

I have not yet received the urn for my husbands ashes it is being held at a depot while they write to me about custom charges and how to pay I was unaware when I purchased this item that I was buying it from abroad and there was no mention of custom charges I feel real disappointed as we had a gathering to celebrate his life and wanted to have the urn for that occasion Can I suggest it is made clear on your website where items are being sent from A time scale And information about custom charges Regards E Whittle (Mrs)
