Mar 20,2014When I looked at the site I could not imagine that there would be that something different other than a box or vase. This site offers all that is needed to some one who is grieving but with the added extra that we are looking for . I personally was looking for something tasteful and appropriate for my husband and this site provided that for me. The selection of remains containers that they have on this site are amazing.

Mar 15,2014The urn that I ordered arrived fine with no difficulties. When I unpacked it I thought that is looked small but trusted that these people knew what they were doing. When I tried to transfer the ashes it rapidly became clear that the urn was to big enough. I did press the ashes in with a granite pestle but still only got about 60% in. Now what do I do?

When I placed the order online I asked if it was possible to engrave the lantern & I received a telephone call regarding my query the next day. I had before placing my order spoke to the London based team & they were extremely helpful & assured me if the Lantern was not exactly what I required when I received it I could return it free of charge. As a family we are all delighted with the Lantern & would not hesitate in recommending legendURN or using this company again.

Dec 17,2013The web site wouldn't let us order, so we ordered one else where, then two days later we had an email asking for payment, so just ignored it. Then another two days later we had a delivery with the totally wronge one to which we tried to order. We rang them to say we didn't order it, nor was it the one we tryed to order in the first place they wasn't interested and said someone would contact us to sort it but know ever did and we still have this tiny urn that we never wanted!

Christien kept me well informed and dealt with me very kindly also giving me my second, more expensive choice for the same price as my original order which was much appreciated. Nov 17,2013Good variety of product. Good website. Prompt delivery. Only room for improvement was the nameplate. I thought it would be engraved metal but it is plastic and I'm guessing it may decompose in the ground over time.

Mar 25,2014My urn turned up today and it took my breath away as the attention to detail was absolutally amazing and I just can't stop looking at it. The only thing that I thought was wrong was when purchasing it changes to euros and so the price goes up by £4 which is why I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. So instead of £138 that was advertised I was charged £142.
