It may take some time and patients, but the end result will be your reward! Work with this company's unusual guidelines if you must return a product; the outcome for your patients will be a lovely, well made, nicely fitting jacket. And apparently, a portion of your purchase will be returned to the community that produced what you will wear. I do not have a problem with that! Thank you.

Love the bag but the strap coupling broke on the first use. Lexther is supposed to be sending me another one. I did appreciate the quick response!

Received my jacket promptly. Workmanship is excellent (and I love that real leather smell). I did take the advice of others and ordered one size larger than normal and it fits PERFECTLY! It's comfortable and I've received compliments on its looks. The ONLY small suggestion that I have is that expansion panels at the rear of the shoulders would make this 99.9% great jacket 100% perfect. As it's for motorcycle riding this would add a little "give" when arms are outstretched and holding the handlebars. Not necessary but would be a nice touch. To sum up, I LOVE THIS JACKET!!!!

I cannot believe what a great value this jacket is. So happy with the fit and appearance! At orvis this jacket would be $500. And it was delivered in three days. Incredible service.

Worth every penny. Awesome jacket. I'm 5"10 145lbs and the medium size fits me perfectly. Looks really cool too.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was advertised as a motorcycle jacket, and it was paper thin. It was supposed to be black with brown distressing, out is light brown with dark brown distressing. It was supposed to be two day shipping, and it took three weeks to get here, when I called they barely spoke English, and done to find out it was being shipped from Pakistan

Let me just say I never order from an ad off fb. But my guy sent me this picture of a jacket that he really liked. So I gave it a shot. It took a lot longer to receive and then when it was shipped it went to the wrong house. Trying to call I couldn’t even understand it. No English selection. So I resorted to email. And they quickly responded and my guy received his jacket and absolutely loves it!!

I was left speechless with the way I was treated by the Lexther customer service Team!! I bought a birthday present jacket that fitted perfectly and arrived within excellent 3 day from ordered it. But had to exchanged it on style and color. The experience was even better than buying on the first place. I just sent an email requesting the exchange process and within minutes I got it, sent back the purchased jacket and in four days I got the new one on my son's hands. He was impressed on the service and of course with the desired jacket too. Lexther has absolutely great quality products and the right people that makes the customer feels appreciated.
