Terrible agency for tenants. Poor communication, organisation and customer service skills from the very first viewing. They refuse to fix anything and they are the worst management company I've come across - avoid.

I am compelled to write this review after a series of disappointing experiences with Life Residential. Upon moving into the flat, I immediately encountered significant issues with two doors that were stuck, posing a serious health and safety risk, which should have been identified and resolved prior to occupancy. Additionally, the agency has failed to complete the check-in report, now overdue by seven days. This lack of professionalism and attention to detail in ensuring the basic safety and administrative processes are met is unacceptable. I urge potential renters to consider these serious oversights before deciding to engage with them.
