We ordered a jali sheesham bookcase from Lifestyle Furniture at the end of January. Due to various delays with getting it in stock we only received it last week, but we were kept more or less up to date by customer services, only requiring one chaser email towards the end. Cannot fault the product at all, lovely bookcase and matches our other furniture very well for a very reasonable price. Would certainly order from this company again.

Unfortunately fixings / bolts for mid rail legs not included, 1 side bracket was poorly fixed to the frame with screws to small to do the job, which resulted in one corner collapsing I had to get larger screws, dismantle repair and re-erect the bed, looks good and is nice solid frame pity about the lack of attention to detail though.

got my new sideboard last week. A really beautiful piece of furniture. After a slight delay due to adverse weather conditions it was delivered,unpacked and sited. The packaging was removed and I was left with no mess. A very good service and truly a quality piece of furniture.

I ordered a piece if sheesham furniture on Sunday and it arrived today (Tuesday). Fantastic service and top quality piece of furniture. I will definitely order from here again and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Noticeable deep scratches on 2 drawers. Highly unlikely damage caused in transit as packaging reasonably secure & no obvious defect showing. Received small refund on producing photo evidence. Knob/handle missing. Sent separate by post along with touch-up stain fluid. Half the drawers have had to be either sanded down and candle wax added or the worse ones electric planed to get to open/close smoothly. You needed popeye arms to open/shut at least 5 of the drawers. Assume absolutely no quality control process in operation. Would have ideally liked to return furniture - but more hassle than it was worth. Hugely disappointing waste of £650. Pity - because the units actually LOOK attractive.

Ordering and delivery good but did not get a notification of the time slot on the day. Quality good, although finish could have been better. Instructions could have been a bit clearer but sufficient. When I came to attach the top part of the wardrobe to the bottom drawer section, there were some dowels to be inserted but the holes on the top and bottom nowhere near lined up!! There were screw holes as well so didn't put the dowels in!🤔 Seems to be ok!
