Dec 17,2024Only reason 4 star is because of technical hitch which meant we didn’t receive an order confirmation and we had to chase up for reassurance after payment. Otherwise excellent service, delivered as forecast and very good quality product (chest of drawers). Adam was particularly helpful.

Dec 15,2024The furniture is of good quality. However, when I placed my order I was informed that I should expect delivery up to 4 weeks hence. The order eventually arrived some 8 weeks later. The reasons given would have been known at the time of ordering and should have been explained then. I had made the incorrect assumption that it was being made in the UK and not shipped from China.

Dec 12,2024The furniture is lovely. It was well packaged to avoid damage. The only criticism is that delivery took longer than expected. We had to contact the company to get an update rather than them advising us.

Dec 18,2024The holes that house the grub in the knobs on the bottom drawer were drilled too large therefore the knobs could not be tightened,the only way I could make them tighten was to superglue the grub in the knobs,very poor quality inspection
