Absolutely awful company!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Zero customer service skill and faulty products, catalog or errors! First order, the items were substandard which we fixed ourselves with glue. We were offered a £20 gift card as an apology…. 1 year later we decide to use the gift card, we were questioned to why we are using it a year later…. The same item was listed on the website under the same catalog number for different items therefore the wrong item was ordered, this was spotted communicated and we were told that the correct item would be sent…. We accidentally put the postcode for one of our locations and the first line of the address for another of our business locations two days later than the parcel should of arrived we received an email from DPD saying “sorry you’re not in” “we’ve left a calling card” with a picture of a disabled bay in a car park. It doesn’t take a genius to work out a business is not located in a disabled bay. Had DPD of attempted to deliver to either address or postcode they would or reached us! The parcel was then sent on a magical mystery tour of the south of England before we received it 4 days later. In this time DPD and limited abode we’re guaranteeing the delivery which didn’t turn up, I have spent money on fuel to receive this parcel which never arrived. Limited abode has taken zero ownership or fault and passed this off as a DPD problem and said they would be in touch. They never was! DPD is limited abodes customer and therefore they should have dealt with this direct. When the parcel eventually arrived, limited abode had sent the wrong item…. After this catalog of errors we’re obviously a little annoyed, called the company and spoke to the owner Dawn who was disgustingly rude and on the back foot from the off because we had “used a new customer 10% discount on the purchase when we are not a new customer and it’s not meant to be used like this” Dawn clearly is bitter that a customer found a glitch in the system (use a different email ) They are now refusing to send out the item I have paid for and legally own until I send back the item they sent in error…. I have agreed to send it back when they send the item that is legally mine, they won’t even offer a refund. I don’t want the other item but I also didn’t request order or pay for another item it was sent and that is not my problem. I have a series of emails from the company repeating themselves saying that they are withholding my product and money until the other item is sent back! They are now holding my money and the product anI legally own at ransom! I recommend that you do not use this company, they are a reseller and all their products can be found online cheaper, choose a company with better customer service skills! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have shopped quite few times now with Limited Abode and I must say the quality is amazing love all the products… And, the customer service is amazing as well… Will shop again…
