Jun 29,2024Flat prices with no unexpected tolls. Very responsive service. Travelling with a baby, we appreciated the convenience of paying in advance for parking and terminal meet and great. We used child seats, which were provided. While the car service is a bit further from the terminal than taxis, it was no problem for us as a family with Bags. They helped with our luggage and transported us to a clean vehicle. Will use this company again!

Jun 29,2024I can't say enough good things about this company. I organized a business meeting in NYC and needed reliable transportation. They were responsive and had great customer service, The drivers were friendly, the cars were nice, and they kept in touch often. We used them for airport pick-up and they handled 2+ hour flight delay without any problems, They also drove us form our hotel to the meeting location in Manhattan. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. The service was excellent and the price was good. I highly recommend them for any transportation needs in NYC!

We were abroad, so I contacted Limo Elegance via WhatsApp. Their rate was really competitive, and they made it easy by including all fees in a single payment. Our driver was on time. Very easy pickup and a beautiful automobile. I plan to use them again in the future!

The company and driver stayed in touch the whole time, and he was waiting for us as we exited the airport He knew his way around and got us straight to our hotel. Highly recommend them. Excellent service to and from the airport. Transportation is always a concern for me, especially with a larger group, and this worked perfectly! I got updates from the moment the driver started our ride until he arrived -both ways. Car was clean-service was reliable - price was fair. Would definitely recommend!

Feb 28,2025Told us they were at jfk to pick us up at 18.30. I walked up and down pick up point but there was a no show, it was -7 and snowing my wife was in a wheel chair freezing. We ended up getting a yellow cab costing a further $120 at 20.40 we gat a phone call asking where we are ,I told them what happened and their reply was he was putting us down as a no show and there would be no refund. If you want a great break in New York DON'T USE THESE COWBOYS
