Delivery was very fast. One of the PS/2 cables I received had bent pins but that could be the manufacturers fault rather than Lindy. I unbent them myself so not too big a deal. But still bent pins on a new cable...

I purchased an adapter that appeared to not work on first try. I emailed asking for assistance/advice which was forthcoming very quickly. The tech sales person was happy to help from start to finish and was very friendly. The adapter worked the second time I tried it so overall I was very happy with the experience. I will definitely be purchasing from Lindy Australia again.

Listing to music on the ear bugs is pretty awful with a tinny sound and we are not able to change the settings.

Got exactly what I wanted delivered the next day. Very good experience. Might have liked some cheaper postage options as the speed of delivery wasn't important for me.
