Jan 17,2023The USB to RS232 converter I purchased did not work. When I connect it to the laptop the Windows Wizard asks for the drivers for this device. The tech said it was Windows 11 compatible & no drivers required as inbuilt. A tech friend of mine suggested I purchase an Edgeport converter as this will work with my interface & Windows 11 compatible. Do you have any suggestions as to how to get this inverter to work?

When the first product I ordered didn't do quite what I needed, a staff member answered a tech support query extremely quickly, clearly, and in detail, and not only suggested an alternative but brought in a device from home to test the alternative solution. They then promptly approved the return of the original order for a refund and shipped the replacement on the same day. Really exceptional, and I would definitely recommend Lindy to others, and use them again myself.
