Jun 28,2023I had a problem with one lead in an order. Their returns procedure is simple to follow and their response was very quick. They wrote off the cable the next morning and refunded my account within 48hours. This was a very rare problem as I have been using their cables for many years without any issue. Lindy cables simply last longer than all of the other brands I've tried whilst being very good value for a professional brand. I will continue to buy Lindy cables over all other brands.

Jun 18,2023I always get my USB cables from Lindy. I thoroughly recommend them and I always get good service. My Lindy USB cables last a long time and I find the website very easy to use when looking for the length of cable that I need. I like the new bags the cables now come in when you order them, which open and close, allowing me to store the cables (Some people probably just throw them away!) and each cable has its own part number which helps when ordering.

Jun 02,2023Cable cost me £80 for a “tested” 20m cat6a! You would expect it would work! I laid the thing underneath my carpet and between floors in a conduit to be safe and after a day of labour it simply doesn’t work! I would send it back but I don’t want to waste my time taking it all out again… it’s there forever now. Ridiculous
