High quality cable with fast delivery

I placed an order on their website and paid extra for next day delivery as it was an urgent item for a customer. I recieved an email at 15:40 that day CONFIRMING DISPATCH. Nothing arrived next day so phoned to chase and was told that the item was end of life and they don't actually sell it anymore (lets not forget, they sent a dispatch confirmation email). When i asked why i had recieved a dispatch email and not been made aware of any issues, I was told that they tried to email me but the email bounced back so they must have the wrong address. Again - they'd successfully managed to email the DISPATCH NOTE. They then cancelled the order and refunded but that left me in a predicament and embarrasing situation with our customer. Ended up having to source from elsewhere and will NEVER use LINDY again.

The kit is really nice, just needs a backlight really badly and a better manual to help novices like me make sense of all the abbreviations....

I have had a pair of BNX-60 headphones since 2020 which I love and use for hours pretty much daily. The earpads came to the end of their life recently thanks to all that wear + a run-in with a toothy puppy. Really appreciate that Lindy make it so easy to buy and fit replacements, they were affordable and arrived within about 36hrs of me placing the order too. So much better than having to buy a new pair of headphones!

Was easy enough to find what I wanted on the website, ordered what I needed and the part arrived promptly but the problem was I’d ordered the wrong part!! I got in touch and was helped willingly by the advisor to order the correct part and how to return the wrong one. The correct part arrived the very next day and the other one was sent back for a refund. Well done Lindy

Lindy went over and above to rectify what was their contracted couriers poor service DPD. I have been informed they are changing delivery providers following disappointing service and frustrated Lindy customers.
