However, changing the delivery method from standard to next day delivery during checkout resulted in a duplicate charge which is still showing as a 'pending' transaction in my bank account (reducing the available balance) nine days later despite querying this with Lindy via telephone on 12th September and via email yesterday. I expect this will drop off eventually but this shouldn't have occurred in the first place and Lindy seem unconcerned by it.

Immaculate setup they have there, very neat and staff helpful. I have ordered materials a few times now as materials are of excellent quality.

Jul 15,2022The sound, looks and presentation of these headphones are great. The problem is the build quality. I had a pair of BNX-100 and the sound started to fail in the left ear and the band split. They were replaced with a pair of BNX-100 XT. They are great, however, the battery drains quickly when not used but I can sort of live with that. But even worse recently the fabric on both the ears has split and the green foam inside is spilling out. Never experienced this before so not sure if just a bad batch.

Jul 07,2022Fantastic headphones and lead that I purchased other than the fact that whilst you're adjusting the headset (holding the cups) the sound cuts out. Look good, sound good and sit really well on your head!
