Jan 13,2024The unit I ordered was broken on receiving it. They did refund me to be fair, but I had to pay postage to send the broken unit back which has left me out of pocket. They were incredibly quick in sending product out and faster than many in returning the money for the faulty device, but the email they send out with the instructions for the RMA are heavy handed and leave a bad taste.
