Jun 22,2022My heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to the 2 angels I am blessed with in LingoAce. They are my sons' LingoAce teacher, Teacher Qian (钱老师) and my course consultant, Peggy. My elder son has been failing his Chinese exams since 2nd semester of P4. After 2+ months with LingoAce and under the guidance of Teacher Qian, he passed his Chinese with a score of 64 in his P6 mid year exams. More importantly, he no longer detests the subject like before and he even initiates communicating with us in Mandarin now. Teacher Qian Yu has been very encouraging and patient with him. She also makes the lessons very interesting with a lot of interactions. My course consultant, Peggy has also went beyond her duties to constantly assist me whenever I need any help. She has been helping me very obligingly whenever I face issues even though after sales service is by right by the 24hr hotline and a learning adviser. She is also very responsive. The LingoAce experience has been made so much better because of her. Highly recommend to ask for her to be your course consultant if you are signing up with LingoAce in Singapore.

May 05,2022My experience with LingoAce was very delightful. The course consultant was a lady named Carrie. She was very knowledgeable about the different packages and she broke down the pricings for all the packages so that I can make an informed decision. It is evident that she has a heart and passion for the education of young children. Kudos to her! The teacher was also very professional and was patient with my child who was unable to sit still at times. LingoAce has ignited an interest in the chinese language in my child. I highly recommend LingoAce to parents who wants their child to kickstart an interest in the chinese language!

May 02,2022I gave 4 stars because it has been a while since my child feedback that he enjoyed and understood mandarin better with their lessons. I believe my son had his share of good and not so good teachers because he had wanted to quit lingoace initially because he was not improving and was struggling to cope with 2x mandarin lessons each week. But things have improved and he now enjoys the lessons better with this teacher. It would have been perfect if there was more flexibility in the class arrangements. There is no break, even on school and public holidays. I do understand the need to improve language by constant practice and frequent lessons. But it is very difficult to plan for trips and celebrations when your child has tuition 2 times a week without a single break! If you miss the lesson, your credit gets deducted. The other tuition centres which my son attended outside do have breaks. So this is one thing we want to complain about and hope lingoace can look into. Compared to some, my experience with the customer service have been more positive. They had been helpful in trying to understand and assist me in situations and i appreciate their help in this.

Apr 27,2022So far my experience with lingoace is good. I am quite a new client to them but Muming has been very patient in explaining how does the lingoace work and all. He was not pushy for enrolling my child and share his views. My daughter had a trial class with them and she said she loves it and always looking forward to the next lesson. My daughter who has very short attention span did grow some interest in Chinese more. I think the cartoon pictures and Q&A are very good and attractive. The teachers are patient and gentle in explaining to her, helping her to understand.
