Both of my daughters have signed up with LingoAce since 3 years ago with Teacher Roi. I had been very happy with how my daughters learnt from LingoAce. However due to PSLE preparation, I have stopped my elder daughter since 2020. She just ended her PSLE this year October and I resumed her back with LingoAce. I approached your customer service to recommend a teacher for her since she left long time ago and I was recommended Wang Rui laoshi. I signed her up and requested for the teacher to connect with me thru WeChat so that of anything urgent, both of us can contact each others. However, she told me she is not allowed to contact me directly?? Which is funny as my younger daughter’s teacher has been in contact with me thru WeChat since 3 years ago. She is very prompt in updating me what my younger daughter has been learning and update me what words that she needs to practice e during that week itself to enhance the understand of the Chinese charactors. However, I took Wang Rui laoshi’s words for it and started lesson for my elder daughter. However 3 months down the road, I realized that she has missed the last 2 lessons class without my knowledge. As I didn’t check regularly in the apps in my phone. I spoke to Ting Ting and she told me the customer service supposed to contact me should my daughter didn’t turn up for the lesson. But no calls at all from LingoAce. Obviously Wang Rui laoshi can’t contact me at all and she can’t be bothered to inform the customer service as well to contact me. Or maybe she did but customer service didn’t contact me. That I will let LingoAce to investigate. When I looked further into the past 3 months lessons, I got a shocked to find out that my elder daughter hadn’t been submitting homework up as I assigned her to do her own homework submission and again Wang Rui laoshi never bothered to let me know even after 40 lessons in 3 months time. I have arranged for daily lesson for my elder daughter immediately after her PSLE ended. Amazingly Wang Rui laoshi never even bothered to let me know at all!!!!! When I arranged lesson for my daughters to attend, I would expect at least the teacher keeps me updated on my girls’ progress. I then quickly check the progress reports which was sent but Wang Rui laoshi but again NOTHING was mentioned about my elder daughter didn’t submit homework at all. My husband and I are very very upset especially 40 lessons weren’t wasted as if no homework was to submit then what is the point of doing the tuition in the first place. 40 lessons equivalent to about $1.6k worth of money is a lot of money especially when at this point of time my husband has lost his job recently… I demand a reply and explaination from LingoAce on this matter. I do not wish to take up the proposal by Ting Ting to continue lesson for my elder daughter as we have decided to stop continuing the lesson after all our credit has been used up. We have so much trust for LingoAce when Teacher Roi handled my daughters’ lessons then but now I doubt LingoAce is as good as before. The standard has dropped.

I love how the classes is conducted and the ease of communication between parents and teachers. The consultants are also readily around to assist in any ways. Only drawback is when booking for classes we have to fight for the slots and we always end up with odd hours. Once our usual teacher have not more free slot how are we supposed to know which other teachers is suitable for our kids?

Staff have been very prompt and helpful in guiding us on the onboarding and navigation around the app. Teachers are awesome and very interactive. I can see progress in my girls' grasp of Chinese language.

Muming is a knowledgeable and efficient consultant. He responds promptly and answers all my queries. He also provides step by step and other info card for parents. The teacher has been enthusiastic thus far. He arrives on time and is very patient with the child. The learning advisor has been responsive so far. I understand that there is a customer service team who is supposed to send me the revision materials after each lesson, but I have never received it and wouldn't have known about it if not for other parents. Maybe the company can improve on this.

My child has been learning Chinese in LingoAce for some time and has made great progress in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Not only remember the knowledge in the course, but also speak some idioms in daily communication.

There were some glitches during the initial lessons when Tigo was speaking/audio streaming, double echo so my child could not hear clearly. IT resolved after a few attempts. Teacher is enthusiastic and encouraging. My 3 5year old can follow the new curriculum which is simpler. After 5 lessons on My Family, she can recall the words there were taught when she was asked to review the assignments

Initial onboarding with consultant MuMing, he's friendly & patience in answering enquires. Fast response too. My child is able to understand teacher, her teaching pace suits him. (Doesn't too speak fast) and curriculum design is attractive. Ongoing-support with learning advisor Tiffany follow-up to understand which part is his weakness.

Initial onboarding with consultant MuMing is prompt and straightforward. The teacher is very patient and clear in her delivery of the curriculum. curriculum design is good, found it easy to print handouts/ slides before class. great to have video replay. so the boy can revise again just before doing asignment. Ongoing-support with learning advisor and customer service is good.

Initial onboarding with consultant MuMing is a smooth process. He is responsive to my enquiries and is patient, friendly and helpful. I am glad that MuMing was the consultant who handled my onboarding. Teacher Xing Rongrong makes the lesson interactive and engaging. She is a friendly and patient teacher. My child likes to attend her lessons since joining Lingoace 4 weeks ago.

So it has been great! Consultant was quick to respond and Teachers are great so far! Best part is you don’t need to send your kids to classes and can do at the comfort of your own place.

The teacher is very punctual for the class. She is super patient w the child who is struggling to speak mandarin and gave the child many opportunities to speak up during the class. She does not criticize the child, instead encourages the child to speak no matter how slow they are. Very effective learning sessions.

Teacher Chen Biyun is very professional and friendly teacher. My son looks forward to each lesson as he will gets a lot of trophies if he did a good job (a lot of encouragement from teacher). Every lesson teacher will review last week homework/assignments and point out the things my son did wrong or not perfect. Lesson is interesting with many formula for Chinese (e.g: OEOE for oral, hamburger for composition and steps for comprehension). Overall my son gain a lot in this enrichment. Highly recommended!

MuMing is a very responsive consultant. Whether it's at weird hours after his office hours or during the weekends, he tends to my enquiries patiently. I'm very pleased with his efficient response. As for the teacher I find her very friendly and patient with my eldest who cannot really deal with mandarin. Curriculum wise I am not very sure cause I have yet to see the history playback as it has been very hectic at home. On going support with lingoace staff has been most pleasant. Keep up the good work. Stay safe!

He assisted me meticulously through step by step instructions in getting about the GB purchase. 🐯 How I feel about the teacher and curriculum design is interesting and it helps to keep my boy engaged. 🐯 Ongoing-support with learning advisor and customer service is good, fast response!

I initially was quite skeptical of the effectiveness of a online Chinese lesson for my boy. I decided to give it a try with the free trial and was quite happy with the outcome as the experience was probably on par with 1-1 in person tuition but with the added benefits of online convenience and scheduling. Mu ming and Shion who are the staff have provided me good guidance in suggesting the right curriculum for my boy based on his needs rather than a one size fits all. So far, it was a smooth journey and I saw significant improvement in my boy’s Chinese. He speaks mandarin more fluently than before. Thanks to the LingoAce team.

My daughter’s Chinese has improved after attending LingoAce. She has more confidence now with speaking Mandarin and enjoy learning Chinese now. Thank you Teacher Chris Wei! However, would like to see more feedback from Teacher to parents on the progress.

Muming is very helpful and he replies relatively quickly. Joined the 11.11 groupbuy which so far has the best deal. There was a free lesson before signing up to see if your child likes it with no obligation. The lessons are held online thus save the time to heading down to the physical class.

My onboarding experience was good. The personnel answered my queries even outside his working hours. However, after I signed the package and was passed on to the learning advisor, the experience wasn't so good anymore. The learning advisor who was supposed to advice me on my children's learning did not call me at all. There has been no discussion though I have feedback that I would like to talk to the learning advisor to get some advice on whether my children are attending the correct level.
