Bin seit 2018 Kunde bei Litebit und bis Mai 2021 recht zufrieden gewesen. Leider haben sie ohne Ankündigung mein Konto gesperrt angeblich wegen der BAFIN. Das kann man so nicht machen, schon gar nicht für Bestandskunden.

Absolutely trash, better to use some big exchange. I bought ETH and sent it to my wallet. Transaction stuck at pending for a few hours, then finally got through. Then I bought some more and again sent it to my wallet - transaction did not even happen, nothing on etherscan, no eth in my wallet. Customer support doesn't exist, just some useless bot. Never again, 0/10.

Mijn account is geblokkeerd. Ik kan mijn geld niet terugkrijgen, ze hebben alles van me afgepakt, ze hebben 7000 euro gestolen. Ik schrijf ze al 4 dagen en ze schreven niet eens terug. als je er geld in stopt is het prima. en als u geld wilt opnemen, vergrendelen ze uw account en kunt u niets doen. ik raad niet aan dat je al je geld kunt verliezen. Ik weet niet waarom? misschien omdat ik een Pool ben en in het buitenland mij kan beroven zonder enige gevolgen.

I needed urgent my complete Order-History. In the new WEBSITE i only see a part of all, i think this is a programm-bug, because in the old WEBSITE (former "classic view") i saw all ! However, ON SUNDAY ! the LiteBit-Support helped and sent me my complete Order-History ! Since then i have better sleep ! :-)
