Aug 02,2024I was one day searching for online CV and cover letter designers and I found this site. This is by far the most user friendly site I have ever used in regards to CVs and cover letters. You don't need to be a whiz at the English language as the website does it all for you. For that reason, it would be a great site for individuals whose native Language isn't English. It would also be a great site for school leavers writing their first CV, thanks to the user friendliness. The 14 day trial is generous if you just want to give the website a try. I am currently on the £3 per month subscription which is more than reasonable. Thank you to everyone at LiveCareer UK. I will continue using you indefinitely. Highly recommended.

Jul 30,2024BEWARE Be very cautious as you start with a free trial and they don't send you reminders (as it is now a UK consumer rights violation!!) for when this becomes an extortionate monthly subscription and they keep charging you endlessly. I contacted customer care chat yesterday asking for a refund as these procedures clearly violate UK consumer rights and was answered that the customer care is not aware of legal matters and should speak to a lawyer. I've asked to escalate to a superior and still nothing. Is absurd that customer service would answer like that and on top of this, UK rights requirements are: "It is made clear to customers at the outset how their subscription or contract will be renewed and the contract requires that they are sent a reminder a reasonable time before it is due to be renewed. The reminder should include clear information about the terms of the proposed renewal of the contract and the steps customers need to take to stop the renewal, if they wish to." "b) send reminders in prescribed form to consumers, alerting them that a free or discounted trial period is coming to an end, or that a contract is shortly due to renew, with information on how they can exit the contract if they wish" From the UK Government website under: Enhancing consumer rights: policy summary briefing > Tackling subscription traps

Thanks for your response but 100% I have never signed up, and I wouldn’t be paying a subscription with a credit card anyway
