I received amazing customer service from Elanah who completely understood my situation. I had a last minute flight booked for Dubai and needed an urgent next day PCR test. Elanah took into consideration my flight times and guided me accordingly. If it wasn’t was her amazing listening skills I wouldn’t of known what to do. Thanks again! Very unhappy with the refund policy, please double check them before you consent, there is a no refund for PCR tests outright, I don't believe this is reasonable and arguable with consumer rights laws.
Though there are mixed reviews on this service provider, I felt it is wise to bring it up. You need to be on time. If you come early you need to wait outside till your scheduled timing. The staff who attended to me was unfriendly and didn’t allow me to use bathroom after the test. For PCR result I was being informed that it will email to me the following day by 10pm. Anxiety built up (despite calling them up before business hour closed) until I got it at 10.06 pm and my flight was at 11 am next morning as hard copy was required by the airport check in counter. For those would like to use this service provider please fix your appointment in the morning (if possible).

Disgraceful!! I took the PCR test in Manchester on 6th Nov with GUARANTEED results within 24 hours ! I fly first thing on Monday morning and I’m still waiting for the results....avoid this company and use somebody reliable....I’ll now need to book a new test on Monday at the airport and no doubt pay a fortune for it !!!!! Annoyed doesn’t begin to cover it...absolute cowboys.

Hi I would like to raise a complaint about the staff on Coventry site named Hussian who confused me while I was trying to get my PCR test 72 hours before my departure. I booked a 48 hours result PCR test for Today at 3:15pm and my flight departed on Friday at 6AM. Therefore it's still within 72 hours. When I got to the Coventry test center today, the guy named Hussian said I should get a 24 hour result one in a very confusing way. And he was urging me to make a decision and asked me to pay ASAP. I was so confused at the moment so I paid the extra GBP30. When I get home and made up my mind I realised I could actually still do the test today so I went back to the test center to ask for the refund and asking to get the test today. However, he refused to refund me nor do the test for me. It is really unreasonable|! According to the UK law, you must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. Please take the case seriously otherwise I will take the case the the higher department. Many thanks Grace

I would not use them only because I booked a day 2 antigen test before I had read the Passenger locator form and didn't know I needed to have a booking reference, so when I came and was going to do the paper they asked for my reference which I didn't have and of course, the staff at the airport told me they wouldn't let me on the plane if I didn't have it, so I had to book a new test! When I came to the test centre and asked them if I could get a refund, she said NO as I had to cancel whitin 48 hours of my booking, which was impossible I wasn't in this country and I couldn't call to UK. I think that is disgusting, but I suppose they have to get back the money they have lost somehow that's why they do it. It is a criminal offence to do what they do. I'm studying criminology and my cousin is a prosecutor.

This company has inexperienced staff working for them! They claim i'm positive with covid but the reference number is completely different to my original booking! got myself retested with NHS and i'm negative!!!!
I booked a Fit to Fly test for my son, at short notice with the ever changing travel rules. We had no problems with the service and the test was returned before 7pm on the same day, as promised.
Don’t use this page , they wont refund you the money if you cancel the PCR , don’t use this service !!
Please DO NOT USE this company - rude, incompetent staff. Paid £175 for same day tests results by 7 pm. Never arrived, had to chase for results. When I complained and asked for reduction for next day results fee refused. Very rude, patronising customer services call from Mr. Ali. Another example of a company trying to profit from this pandemic. Again fraudulent and incompetent
Very rude staff at orford jubilee warrington...took my elderly mother in law for pcr. I wear two hearing aids and was shocked by the attitude of one guy who expected me to be able to hear what he was saying with his mask on and my car window shut.!!!! Awful experience 😢 sorry
