Jan 08,2020Whilst the metal plate rings I purchased were good, the same cannot be said for the so called *Heavy Duty Can Opener*. I work in a kitchen, cooking meals for the local elderly, a small family run business, for which we use catering sized cans of fruit etc. I needed a robust opener, the can opener supplied cost £20.00. It simply dosn't work!! Not only did it NOT open the catering tins, it couldn't even open regular size tins! Absolutely useless. I emailed the company the day I tried the can opener, back in mid November but to date have not received a response. As they sent this review message I thought I may get satisfaction if I responded to it.

Jan 03,2020We ordered Christmas napkins, in late November, did not receive confirmation or notification that we will not receive them. We reorder another type of Christmas napkins the last week of November assuming that the desired one's are out of stock, again did not receive a confirmation or anything to say we won't receive them. We wend and cash purchased our napkins for the events in December and we received the two boxes of Christmas napkins two weeks after our events.

Dec 30,2019Some products like the red gloves are of really bad quality. You shouldn't have them as option. Better quality products last longer even tho expensive. We will start looking for alternatives now.

Dec 20,2019Normally I would give you a five star rating on all my transactions and web interface / website, today is no different although I am still waiting for a part (F1264) that the sales team promised that they would F.O.C. for a mistake in Lockhart listings where I ordered part PBF1265, but instead received a pack of pads ( not listed ) which were of no use to me. The photo and discription did not match the item sent erroneously. So 5 stars in lieu of an awaited order correction.
