Again good products but getting refunds of returned products is frustrating - this is the second time I have struggled to get a refund of a credit - despite several calls and emails plus their premisses several weeks later no sign of my refund - disappointing

Your company needs to carry out customer care training, when we are ordering items and the delivery driver comes to site things are missing and back orders never delivered. EG on Friday we ordered 20 boxes of gloves and 2 arrived, we still have a back order for gloves as well, which never turned up. i will be honest i am complaining to our head office and looking into using alternative supplier. Initial.

ordered on website and paid in full on paypal which was one of their listed payment options. received an email confirmation of the order and then next day got a text from an unknown mobile number saying they needed me to pay by BACS transfer instead. this was highly unusual and exactly the sort of thing banks warn you about as a fraud risk. I cancelled the order and got refunded however this was very odd behaviour when payment had gone through via Paypal

Last minute buy delivered the next day in the morning. Driver kept in touch with me to let me know arrival time. Very happy with the fridges :)

The gloves arrived in good time and were at a affordable price. They are good for short term use. The fingers tear easily and I also found that my hands perspire a lot while wearing them. (I am an retired nurse so am accustomed to wearing gloves for a long time.) But they are good to protect myself and others during the Covid 19 , while I am out shopping.
