I booked a cruise, including flights, transfers, and hotel stay for 11 people through logitravel for 24th july, due to the covid pandemic our trip was cancelled. I have been very patient with little in the way of response to calls, emails and on line chat, the customer support as been very poor, I feel that 6 months of waiting for a refund is sufficient time, and have read that a refund should have been processed in 14 days, we paid in good faith, we are very disappointed.

Hi there booked a cruise for July which was cancelled, with little to no response from Logitravel, have had to chase them countless times, been informed that they would eventually provide a refund and yet we are still waiting this has been going on now for 5 months. I understand the COVID situation however the lack of response and almost no customer service has not been appreciated.

Booked a cruise at the beginning of the year which was cancelled due to covid was offered a voucher which I could exchange for a cash refund in 6 months. I have tried contacting about the refund but have heard nothing back.

I booked a holiday for July 2020 which I chose to cancel as the flights and hotel had to be changed due to COVID. This was out of Logitravels Hands. They tried to accommodate us and although communication was hard due to how many customers they were having to juggle they tried hard. They offered me a travel voucher for the full £3500 deposit paid and sent a confirmation e.mail the next day with the voucher attached. After careful consideration we as a family decided we would not travel in 2021 so the travel voucher would expire. I emailed them in Sept 20 advising I would like a refund if poss. They replied within 24 hours confirming receipt of my email and that a refund would be transferred to my bank account which was there almost immediately. They made a very stressful time easy and when I do decide to travel it will be with them out of loyalty regardless of expense.

Avoid. NO refunds after 6 months. Our trip in June was cancelled by LogiTravel in March. Since March, we tried so hard by emails and messengers to ask for our refund. Six months passed. The replies we have got were: LogiTravel is still reviewing/ checking our status, or please be patient. Can anyone be patient after waiting for 6 months without any refunds? Is it cheating behaviour?

Incredibly stressful company to deal with, zero communication after we paid, even though we had questions about our booking - specifically about baggage, which was mis-sold. Ultimately our holiday ended up getting cancelled due to COVID, but again the entire company just started blanket ignoring customers (they shut their phone lines and never responded to a single email). We had no idea if we were supposed to travel or not and only heard back from them weeks after our departure date. We had to trawl through companies house and ATOL contact pages to eventually get a generic call centre with rude and unhelpful staff who would do everything they could to get you off the phone, usually just "passing on your query" to another department - that apparently doesn't exist. They didn't even know what company you were calling for until you told them. They took much longer than they should have to process our refund. On top of the abysmal customer service, the website was often broken beyond belief, we apparently owed them over £1million at one point. Just. Avoid.

i booked hotel only throw logitravel and was due to stay in hawaii on 24/08/20 and due to covid 19 i could not go my flight was cancalled and they was no flights due to boarder restrictions i live in the uk i got in touch with logi travel in june to ask to change my dates to next year they said no. i asked for a refund fund they said no. i tryed to claim my money back throw my barcleys credit card i payed on they informed me because the hotel was open they can not refund me. this hotel cost me £1697.04 for one week. so i got in touch with the hotel directly to see if they could help me and they informed me that logitravel had cancalled my hotel booking and the hotel never recived any money from them regarding my booking so logi travel have got my money. i have reported them to abta hoping they can help if not i am going to go to the papers and the police because companys should not be aloud to get away with this i have emailed proof of all convasations with this company and with the hotel directly. please dont trust this company .

This is the second time I have purchase a holiday package with Logitravel. The first time was brilliant, the service provided was amazing and I just wish I could say the same for this time. We are due to travel to PortAventura on 14th September yet no information has been sent to us. Jet2 cancelled our return flight back in July saying that we should get a refund within 28 days, Yet nothing received as I think Logitravel as kept the refund, also we have been advised that our hotel is closed. Logitravel failed to contact us within the 15 days they said they would in one of their many emails and also they are not responding to my emails either. This is poor customer service, horrible without any doubts. I know that this is a difficult time for everyone but it’s my money and if they cannot provide me with the service that I have paid for then I want my money back and definitely will take legal action against them and a complain to ABTA. If I don’t get my refund.

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for your fast efficient service throughout our booking. Unfortunately you had to cancel our holiday to Portugal in the end due to the pandemic but kept us informed and we had a full refund with in 4 days! It was really easy to get hold of customer service team on the phone and emails were promptly answered! When this is all over we will definitely use your services, thanks again 🏝🌞

We are due to fly out on the 17/08/20, they are not prepared to cancel, suggesting I take myself and my family to Spain where covid-19 is on the rise and put my families health at risk, just because the airlines are still flying there and the hotel reservation is still open?? The FCO are advising against all but essential travel, yet its O.K to pop on a plane and wear a mask throughout your holiday, the Portaventura shows are cancelled, along with kids clubs, the aquatic water park is closed, a wait time of over 2 hours just to get on the beach, minimal restuarants are open to eat out, to me this is a significant change to our holiday and should be fully refunded. Logi travel have kept almost £2,500 of our money, even though the Portaventura hotels have said they will refund for cancellations, also our Jet 2 flight was cancelled so they have had the money back for this also? so why have they kept £2,500 of our money??? I will be seeking legal advice and also raIsing a complaint with ABTA.

Contacted regarding cancelling our cruise in October. Been told cruise is still sailing. If we cancel will lose £600.00 advised them my self and my husband have been shielding for the past 4 months and covid 19 is still prevalent in all countries. We haven't even been offered to defer our cruise until next year. A lot of cruises have suspended sailing until end of October. Ship has had a lot of covid 19 infections.

Do not use this company! Their customer support for a booking is non existent at worst and horrendous at best. Their phone lines have been “closed” for weeks and emails are not possible. You get the occasional standard reply to a form you submit. They promise to contact you 15 days before your trip starts and they don’t! It is now 7 days until the trip begins and I’m still waiting for contact!

Booked a holiday to Portaventura in May which was canceled due to the travel ban. Had a bit of trouble contacting them with their current reduced set up but got there in the end with a full refund sorted and paid a few days ago. We have used logitravel before for a holiday last year as well and everything went to plan that time so we have been pretty happy with thier service overall. I suspect we will book with them again at some point when this covid stuff stops making everything so unpredictable.

Had to cancel due to COVID-19 Statewide closure. Never received confirmation email, but credit card was charged. Trivago cant help even though they are the company we used to book. Aperture travel Logi travel is non existent, other than charging $ to our credit card. Can't get a hold of anyone. Cant cancel because we have no confirmation email. Cancelled directly with hotel but we still didnt get a reversal on our card. This is horrible company do not use! ***Update: Logi Travel send a message through trustpilot stating I had to get refund from Trivago. Trivago is stating it was actually booked through Logitravel. So there you go, I’m going in circles, so I’m not getting my money back. Very sad, especially with everything going on in the world due to COVID.

Just awful. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is non existent. I tried on multiple occasions to cancel my booking due to Covid19. All hotels were closed. The websites chat function didn't cancel my booking like it was supposed to. Their phone lines would not take my phone call. (recorded message, then hang up). When trying to cancel via email, I received an "address not found" response. I tried multiple avenues, multiple times. NOTHING worked. Amazingly, they were able to contact me after the cancellation date and they refused to reimburse me. FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Non existent customer service, do not reply to emails. Taken £3500 off us with no holiday, no refund, no communication! Avoid at all costs!

We booked a cruise & due to pay the balance next week. After speaking to Royal Caribbean (who have confirmed the cruise won’t be going ahead) they are in the process of refunding or credit vouchers to everyone & this total unprofessional company who won’t answer the phone & now won’t reply to my emails still want me to pay my balance in full or loose my £2000 deposit. It’s hardly fulls you with any confidence to pay the further £5000. I have my own business & would never treat people like that you should be ashamed of yourself as a money grabbing totally unprofessional company at such difficult times 😡😡😡

Refused refund du to cancelled cruise due to covid-19. They said that they will issue cruise credit instead., 2 months has gone, no cruise credit received."Mañana, mañana" They don´t care. Asked them to rebook the cruise to 2021, "No, you have to wait for the cruise credit!

I had booked 3 cabins on a cruise which was cancelled due to the covid outbreak, I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund....nothing arrivedThe contact telephone number has an answer message saying to email. I've emailed 7 times and cannot get a response . Do not use this company !!!!!

Have been unable to contact them for over 2 weeks now via email or phone.The phone lines have now been turned off and had to pay the remainder of the balance as worried that would lose all of the balance . I can understand the high level of call back just to turn the phone lines off is just very bad customer service.
