Iris was very helpful and understood my situation. She sorted everything out for me and it felt like I had received a very personal experience. Iris has always been more than helpful, and very patient when looking out for what I require, ie certain itinerary. Very attentive and always replies back to me. Sep 13,2022Iris is fabulous at her job. This year I booked 2 cruise holidays with her and received great service both times. She took time to understand what I was looking for in my holiday and found something which ticked all the boxes. We were able to submit our requests for vegetarian meals and a cot for our 8 months old. Everything went so smoothly. She was available to speak every time and replied to my emails promptly. I'd book with her again.
