Sep 16,2020To say that this experience was beyond my expectations would still be an understatement! The lead of my design team, James, was thoughtful, helpful, inspirational, and interested in what the inspiration behind my new business was! The team brought to life the spirit of my business in a way I never thought imaginable, no matter what the tweak, question, or idea James always came back with the team's thoughts and revisions. I thought that i would only be using Logo Perfecto for my logo creation and now that I have learned that they offer services such as web design, logo animation, and business stationary there's no way I won't use Logo Perfecto for all of my business needs. They took the upmost care and concern for my idea, design, and truly brought my vision to life in a way I couldn't have imagined in my wildest dreams. I HIGHLY recommend Logo Perfecto, and specifically James and his team to anyone looking for a new logo or a fresh spin on an existing logo. I am so glad I didn't make it myself, this logo alone will catch the attention of the market I am aiming for and truly speaks to my soul! Thank you Logo Perfecto, James, and the amazing design team!

Sep 16,2020I paid this company $2000 to develop the logo + branding + website of my brand. The work they do is a joke, high school teens do a better job than them. I paid them on June 2nd 2020 and I’m still trying to get a refund. They claim ”100% money back guarantee” on their website and is fake. I disputed the transaction with my bank, they refunded me the money and this company fought back, telling that I didn’t follow the normal process in their “refund policy” on their website and I didn’t request a refund with a “refund request form”, what they never told me for sure !!... then the bank returned my money to them and told me that Logo Perfecto was willing to refund me if I file the refund request form and deal with directly with them. I have contacted them already for over 2 weeks and they just hang the calls or just gave me excuses and today they told me that they are not going to refund me my money and that I could do whatever I want (very rude and provocative attitude). They didn’t provided any service to me and I want my money back, I’m disputing the claim with my Bank and I’m sure I’m going to get my money back, but this is just so time consuming and a waste of time... This has been a nightmare the last 2.5 months. STAY AWAY!!! They are dishonest, thieves, scammers and they know how to trick people and take money from them !!! SCAM 100%

Our focus is on creating and selling handmade, earth friendly products intended to help the purchaser feel joy, playfulness, and love. That said, I wish to extend a great big,super humongous, expression of gratitude and appreciation to James and his team for walking me thru the development and thru the loving creation of our company logo and our labels. It took weeks because of my health issues snd he was so patient. He was also so deeply creative, taking my gutteral attempts to describe the designs we had in our heads and he not only turned them into what we desired- but created adorable , chuckle worthy designs. Honestly, we received designs that not only expresss who we are as a company but added the delightful component of warm humor and love. Amazing!!! We can't wait to do further business with you! One of them was a good fit, and we asked for a couple revisions. The communication and speed were great. The next time we need a logo, we'll definitely use them again.
