Dec 10,20205 Start customer service! I already had a logo in mind and James listened to my design directions. He even walked me through the online registering process by taking me step by step. It was an easy process, but you can see by this simple act of customer service, I was going to be taken care of AND be provided with an outstanding product in the end...which I was. Great job James and LogoPerfecto!

Dec 04,2020Excellent work! I just had my logo done which I am very happy with. They sent me a few designs which they came up with from my vague description, I offered a few more detailed notes and they made exactly what I wanted. I also am getting a website designed as I write this review. The mockups are done so far and I am very pleased. Both teams are attentive to my requests and respond quick. I will be using them again for my upcoming projects.

Nov 13,2020One star is way to much for these guys bunch of scammers...I think there is only one guy that works there because they all have the same voice. You can't leave a message with anyone unless you tell them what it's in regards to ( Red flag) they won't even give you the CEOs name. They never call back when they say they are. And they stalk people on the website chat which website has magically disappear...lol.

Nov 12,2020Where do I begin? All I can say is that this company is a fraud. They will say yes sir, yes sir, and do what it takes to take your money and you won't get what you paid for. They are all operating from overseas, most likely in Pakistan and/or India. They don't do Zoom or any video chat, just Whatsapp and it usually a time zone difference. You will also note Robert Jones and Adam Black and whoever they say working on your project will never have a three-way call. I purchased the Logo Design and Web design package. Robert Jones was the hardest to get a hold of for our web development, in fact, I never even got a chance to even talk to his manager that Robert claims. They will try to kill time with minimal work so you can't request any chargeback. So far I had to hire a better-qualified team to do it with proper advice and feedback. Buyers beware. Never pay up from the whole website package!

Oct 29,2020I had a vision in my head for a logo, and they nailed it. After sending over details of what I wanted, I was sent back a few logo designs in which to choose for my new e-commerce business called The Copper Market, and it was important for me to have a mascot created. The first round of designs were sent to me, so I asked them to "keep this" "change that" "make this shorter" etc. and in the second round I was in love with their design. I wanted a mascot to go alongside it, and it was actually BETTER than the vision I had in my head. If you want to see the mascot they created you can check it out at TheCopperMarket.com. Last, I'm not a fan of companies that are slow to communicate and respond. This was not the case with these guys as Adam was very friendly, and fairly accessible as well. He stayed on top of emails to me as soon as he had updates or questions. I highly recommend LogoPerfecto!
