Sep 06,2023We are the latest victims to be scammed by Logo Symmetry (one of the many aliases linked to Design Central Ltd). They will take your money upfront, promise to deliver and then vanish without completing your project. And even delete your landing pages. The more we dig, the more aliases we are finding. They are all linked to a ringleader from Pakistan. They also have the ability manipulate reviews resulting in more people and companies falling victim. Don't be the next victim. The 1* reviews below are genuine!

Jul 27,2023I’m trying to contact logo symmetry as my website is looking awful. It has coding language and I'm very upset about it. It looks a total mess and so unprofessional. I pay for a maintenance package and contacting logo symmetry is ALWAYS A PROBLEM. They frequently change numbers and staff...it's impossible to get consistent service. There is no single number that you can contact them on. I expect so much better than this. I'm not happy at all. 3 weeks without a response. Do not use this company for Web design. They might be okay with logo design or anything that doesn't require ongoing support or contact. I paid for hosting and maintenance, but they didn't maintain my site at all. Don't be fooled that they are UK based, as they get UK contact numbers and names of the agents are obviously fake. It's impossible to have any trust with someone who can't even provide their real name. I'm done with LOGOSYMMETRY.

Jul 13,2023I’m trying to contact logo symmetry as my website is not showing as the same it was and looks terrible. It no longer shows my pictures (that I paid logo symmetry for) and just shows coding language. I will update my review once I have had a response but although I received good service initially I have spent money on services such as SEO, which have not come to fruition. In the meantime I would recommend that you look elsewhere as many promises I have had from them have not happened. I will update my review once I receive a satisfactory outcome from them. UPDATE: Happy to report this is now resolved. I was unable to contact them via the tel no on their website and so used the instant chat function - within 15 minutes I received a phone call from a very helpful customer service representative who looked into the issue and has now resolved it. The customer service representative is going to look into the issue with the SEO service I have paid for and not received any evidence of - I feel confident that this too will be resolved. My website is wwwsilentfitnessparty.co.uk and although it took a long time from start to finish I’m really pleased with the end result and would recommend logosymmetry from a quality of work perspective but would perhaps reconsider if you want a job completed within a tight deadline. Update: 7th August ‘23 My website is now showing with lots of errors and non functionality. I was told I had paid for an exclusive hosting platform yet it now transpires it was shared. I have paid for SEO and google listing yet 12 months further and this has not happened. I have spent so much time communicating with various “project managers” over this who are asking for more money to get what I originally thought I had paid for, I am losing my total faith I had in this company. I would advise to look elsewhere as it is an expensive and long drawn out process to deal with this company. Despite many comms to make me feel secure in what I had purchased I’m sorry to say it appears I have been conned out of thousands of pounds for a website that is not functional and a lot of false promises. I advise anyone to avoid and take their custom elsewhere - this company will take your money and keep you hanging.

Feb 21,2023I wish I could give Logo Symmetry a score of 0/5. They are a scam company who make promises they cannot keep- my website was supposed to have been up and running within a few weeks, and now almost 6 months later I have no logo or website! I’ve demanded my money back and now fraudsters Charles, Eric, Connor and Jeff are ignoring my calls and emails. Connor has gone as far as changing his personal contact number because I can’t get through. It’s apparent that these men who have Indian accents are based abroad but give the false impression that they’re based in the U.K. I warn anyone trying to do any business with them not to- you will regret it.

Jan 31,2023Do not use, a complete waste of money. I explained from the start I just wanted a simple clean logo, I gave loads of designs inspo, answered all their questions in detail so that they could get a feel for my branding and my company. They responded quite quickly but with a load of different logos which were not remotely like my brief. I gave feedback and persevered hoping they would eventually come up with something great. They talked about passing feedback to the team of designers which I find impossible to believe any existed- it was all, i suspect, logo generator stuff. Even one reasonable graphic designer could have come up with something better than their offerings. Then they started dragging their heels about getting the job done. Eventually got my logo files of something that could have been done in Wordart circa 1990. And then they send emails touting for more business.

Jan 06,2023I had a project with this company in July 2020 which they couldn't finish up to now. They work from overseas and they don't have any local team here in UK to contact. Be aware about the work efficiency. I would not recommend to anyone.

Nov 17,2022Scam company. DO NOT USE. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They have failed to produce the services paid for and have now taken my website offline. From the multiple negative reviews below, I am not the first this has happened to. They are refusing to answer calls, emails or messages. I will be contacting Citizen’s Advice and Trading Standards. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. Everyone has seemingly English names but from my experience, these people do not even work in the UK or the same office. TOTAL SCAM.

Oct 01,2022I am really struggling to get my project completed, and I signed up over one year ago. We had a very bad experience from the beginning. They sold a package that was not cost-effective for them, so they have not delivered all the items. Most items have been very painful to get completed. Also, most of the services were missold; for example, in our package, we had SEO service, which in the end could not be used if we didn't pay extra to register the company with the big search engines (this was just said to us after we signed-up); Also the website was sold initially so we could make the change ourselves. Still, if we make the changes now, it will be only in the front end; once again, we need to pay extra if we need to make the changes properly. The website needed to be upgraded, too; otherwise, the bandwidth was not great. None of this was explained to us when we paid for the package, and they kept saying that we needed to pay more and more; otherwise, we would not get the service we needed. I used them once in the past to have a logo designed and had a very good experience, but then when I went back for the website, it has been a nightmare. And now we are stuck.

Aug 15,2022Eric redrew a clubs badge for us, from quite poor photos, logo Symmetry then forwarded me proofs to check and then once agreed the final designs in several formats. It took perhaps a little longer than I expected, but was with in the working 48hrs that was stated from the start. Having read some negative reviews, I think this industry will be hard to satisfy the customers expectations from the cost involved. I am very pleased with the work Logo Symmetry provided, and would recommend them to others.

Jun 09,2022I have not had the best experience with Logo Symmetry but having now had a long chat with both Charles Alexander and Brian Frederick, I am starting to understand the problem. My project manager was a guy called Mark Dennis who has suddenly left the company (and his ongoing projects) which has caused some serious issues. Logo Symmetry is now doing their best to rectify any outstanding problems, including mine, which have been caused by his sudden departure. Things go wrong in business. That is to be expected. The real measure is how these problems are handled and rectified. Charles and Brian have offered me a refund and an apology which goes a long way with me. Credit where credit's due...

Apr 08,2022AGENCY IS A COMPLETE SCAM - THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED WEBSITE PROJECT ON TIME OR TO SPEC AND DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE. THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER £2500 OFF ME AND MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON OTHER RATINGS AND REVIEW SITES ARE FAKE. I'VE BEEN PASSED BETWEEN 4 DIFFERENT ACCOUNT MANAGERS WHO I'M FAIRLY SURE ARE NOT EVEN BASED IN THE UK AND EACH ONE OF THEM HAS FAILED TO DELIVER. SCAM. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Update: I am currently being blackmailed by the company to remove this review and they are withholding access to the Website CMS until I do. Trading Standards are on the case, as are Trustpilot and the small claims court. They are now completely refusing to cooperate as well.

Mar 21,2022I am yet to be contacted by logosymmetry to resolve my issue on the bad experience that I have had with them. I am still waiting for the submission of my website and my refund, so far I am yet to be contacted or called by anyone. I will continue to post the review as well as take legal action until this is resolved by Desmond, Brain, Terry and their team. Below is the initial review that I posted: They will promise you heaven and earth at the sales point, but do not get the job done as they don't have the expertise to deliver what they have promised you. I have exactly similar experience like the other bad reviews. Brian is their sales person and he made all sorts of attractive offers for website development including learning management system, e-commerce, introduction video etc, but none has been done. My project was designated to Desmond as the project manager, who I have never seen, even when I requested to see him via zoom , it was somebody else that logged on, giving excuses that he was ill. They seem dodgy as they avoid any conversation over video conferencing platform to hide their identity. I have so far paid £1750, the work was promised to be done in four weeks and this is four months now, still not completed . They have been avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails until today. I am looking into taking legal action if this is not resolved asap.

Feb 10,2022I would highly recommend using logo symmetry if you are starting up a brand new business like myself. Eric, Jeff and the teams at logo created my website, fb & insta pages, stationary, animation, and guided me step by step through the whole process. I was contacted every day by Eric and he helped me with clear instructions on the next step and process. Eric was friendly and great to talk too!! We even had a laugh on phone :D His customer service skills, knowledge, and all round mannerism was exceptional! He went above and beyond for me!! Jeff whom I dealt with originally was also a very nice man with great customer skills and mannerism too, both brilliant at their jobs. I really cannot fault the company. Yes, like everything, it comes at a cost, but I would say it’s been totally worth it!! And I can’t wait to see what my business has in-store for the future. Thank you Eric, Jeff & teams!! Feb 04,2022Nothing short of daylight robbery. These people are thieves. I paid them to create a customised template for my Squarespace site. After 6 weeks of them making error after error and trying to fix issues with band aids I still did not have a finished site. I have attempted to complain and request a refund via various methods and have been completely ignored. The template is still incomplete 2 months later, and I still have not received a refund. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. ======================================== Dear Logo Symmetry, Thank you for your unhelpful response. Firstly before I continue I would like to just point out that I am not experiencing any discomfort, merely frustration about the fact that I have paid for a product that is not complete and totally unusable. Please can I just point out that the initial conflict arose because you had created a new site on a trial basis, when I already had the site and domain, both of which incidentally have been paid for annually, screenshots and proof of which were sent to your teams 😊 I was asked by your team to correct this error on your part by contacting SquareSpace myself and asking them to switch sites. I advised you that I was not going to do that until the errors that I had highlighted to you were fixed. Safe to say the site is not fixed. The site in no way looks like the original spec that you sent over to me. The formatting is all over the place. There is no blog page. I am unable to update any of the content, so all I am left with is an extremely badly looking website, so bad it looks like my 5 year old nephew has designed it, with Ipsum Lorum text that I cannot update with my own content. Come on people, really? All for the sake of £350. I also have copies of all of the correspondence and text message exchanges that have been made, so not really sure how you can confidently be substantiating your claims.

Oct 07,2023SCAM company, robbed me for £1.000 and have blocked all my calls, Simon is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, laughed down the phone at me when I said I’m going to report them and said “you can’t do nothing” there is so much to say but it’s just a waste of time but never use this company!
