Immediate confirmation of order, followed soon by confirmation of delivery date and a text reminder on the day itself. Delivery driver Themba was very polite and positive about the business which he spent a few minutes talking to me about. Very happy with product and service from this company. Would use again.

Customer service is 10/10 and when my order got delivered the next day, they carried it through for me without me even asking. Honestly couldn't ask for better service, very friendly and would definitely recommend!

The worker who took the order on the phone was really kind and helpful and was very accommodating when I made changes to my order. Oct 24,2023Excellent service throughout. Spoke with a chap called Dean on the phone. Great guy, very knowledgeable of products. Happy and friendly. I ordered what I needed, with Dean's advice. Paid over the phone. Got my delivery date, which very luckily for me was the next day π Delivery price really good. Themba delivered the goods. Excellent chap, carried the panels round to my garden π really friendly and kind guy, great customer service. Fence panels are beautiful, just what I wanted. Robust and sturdy, will withstand the wind that hits my back fence, constantly. I rang London Fencing by chance. So, so pleased I did. I received excellent customer service from start to finish. When Themba left his delivery prior to mine, I got a message to tell me that he was on his way. On this message was a link that allowed me to track him, straight to my front door. I live on a very confusing estate, so the tracker helps so I can be hovering at the front door, So they can find my address. Haven't got to keep getting up and checking every vehicle noise, like the old days before trackers. If you want Excellent, simple service then buy here, you will not regret it. I placed an order and then had great communication regarding my very quick delivery and everything turned up as expected and when promised. Delivery driver was also very helpful. Highly recommended. Iβm so happy with the outfcome and the level of care put into the job. I have a corner garden and the new fences make it feel like a brand new space. Would absolutely recommend
