Aug 21,2024Very impressed with London Luggage. My order arrived super quick. There was a manufacturing problem but LL dealt with it quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent and no hesitation on their part in sorting the problem out. We accept that Problems can occur but it is how retailers deal with them that counts. I would have no hesitation in using LL again or recommending them.

Delivery is fast and reliable. I definitely recommend London Luggage and will be making another purchase in the future.

Aug 12,2024I made an odd request and you were very helpful. I wanted a suitcase that is not available in the US. I was able to have it delivered to your retail store in London. I was only in London for one day and was able to pick it up and take it back to the US the next morning.
