May 07,2024Great product and great service. Had been looking at this Samsonite suitcase for a while in various places but not everywhere had the colour I wanted and I was hoping to get it on offer. London luggage had the colour and was offering the best price I could get as well as a freebie. Service was efficient and delivery was prompt.

May 07,2024I am very impressed with London Luggage. The purchase was easy, the follow up was excellent, being informed of the progress. The delivery people took over and wewre equally excellent. The product arrived on time. The 2 Eastpack cases are very nice. This has nothing to do with the purchase itself but the medium cases we bought have got a very big front pocket which can't be locked. There is also no label to leave details. But that has nothing to do with London Luggage

Apr 29,2024Love the Large Tranverz bag, and it was delivered promptly and well packed. And such a good price too. Was in two minds whether to get the medium or large, but went for the large to replace an old samsonite wheeled hold-all. Very pleased with it. Lightweight but sturdy, easy to pull. Plenty of packing space. Very happy.

When it arrived it was a tad too large - they arranged a collection and I purchased the correct size- I got a full refund with no quibble- absolutely fantastic and would definitely buy from here again!!!
