Jan 09,2024This is my first review on Trustpilot! It was 5-start customer service and delivery from London Luggage. I have ordered 2 Tumi backpacks and returned the first and kept the 2nd. Personalisation was done nicely and I received the bag just in 2 days along with the instant notifications for the shipping and delivery notes. A return delivery was also arranged right away and their customer service was delightful. One of the best online shopping experiences.
