I'm so confused how there is such high ratings. My mistake was reading the reviews of the retailer before reading the reviews of the actual product itself (as that's who you will be dealing with after you purchase from the re-seller eg. LondonLuggage. Seriously, Google "Samsonite Reviews" then go onto TrustPilot and you'll soon see that the reviews on this account are all a front and smoke and mirrors behind what you'll actually deal with.

If you’re looking to purchase a £800 suitcase, only for it to arrive with a dent in it and one of the locks to not work then this is your place. Had to purchase a new suitcase a couple days before leaving the country, arrived with a dent but didn’t have enough time to return, then arrived at my destination to find the lock now doesn’t work. To then be told to return it to a samsonite store in Portugal who said it can take a month for them to fix. I now need to leave the country with them still holding onto the suitcase and saying I have to return to Portugal to pick it up. So not only do I have to go buy a new suitcase whilst that’s being repaired, but I now need to purchase a £800 flight to get back to Portugal to pick up my £800 suitcase. For a service that’s built on buying expensive luggage for clear frequent travellers, taking 1 month minimum to fix a suitcase from them new out the box, to then being told that they won’t deliver it to the country you are next going to. You’d expect at least “good” service from a premium product as this.

The service from the Luggage Company was first class. We had to wait for one of our smaller luggage pieces but they kept us fully informed throughout. Not just by email. An actual person rang us to keep us updated!!! We will definitely use them again.

I was looking to buy a Samsonite Proxis 75cm however my first choice colour was unavailable. I telephoned to ask about stock availability & I was offered to be out on wait list. I decided instead to go for green & on reflection was a wise choice. Best price of any retailer & next day free delivery. I used the case this morning & I am very impressed by packing capacity & ease of manoeuvre. Thank you.
