Sep 03,2023I ordered my Samsonite cabin luggage,this came with a free luggage tag. The luggage tag was missing from my parcel. I emailed The London Luggage Co straight away no one has bothered to acknowledge my email. I should have ordered from John Lewis or Amazon. I will never use this company again, shocking customer service.
