Jan 18,2025Item arrived quickly and was personalised as promised. After purchase, I was disappointed to find the same item at Fenwicks with a discount of 20% (or £130 less than I paid). 'Free' Personalisation was nice - but not worth that much!

Jan 15,2025Initially I received the wrong sized bag. I called customer support who apologised profusely. She then arranged for the bag to be collected at a time that suited me and she dispatched the correct sized bag immediately. It arrived the next day.
