Oct 08,2019Arek called me and has now refunded the excess amount charged. He has also promised to investigate why the staff said they cannot pack and added in extra time. Hence increasing the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. ------------- Be careful with this company! They are not packers, only movers. They overcharged me - 5.5 hours instead of the 4 hours that were actually needed for the job. Extremely poor service - no one answers the phone, or email. They accept jobs only when you pay a 30% deposit, and then you are stuck!

They took good care of our furniture, carefully navigating from our old apartment which was on the first floor to our new place on the second floor (both places did not have a lift). Adrian and Angelo provided a very professional and efficient service, and at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend!
