Nov 16,2023I used LMV’s services in July when I was moving out of my flat in London. I was satisfied with the service on the day. However, I had paid an upfront parking fine deposit because I lived on a main road, and since then my multiple attempts to get my deposit back have been ignored (I have received no indication, let alone evidence, that they were fined). I have called LMV numerous times and on all but one occasion nobody has picked up the phone. On Monday someone eventually did answer but told me they could only pass on a message as this wasn’t their remit. I explained the problem and passed on my contact information but had to ask to leave my order number so that my case could be identified, which didn’t give me much faith that I was being taken seriously. As expected, nobody has come back to me. I have also emailed countless times; not a single one of my emails has been responded too. Out of desperation I contacted the driver who undertook my move (who was a very nice, professional man), and he kindly responded to reassure me that he was sure I’d get my money back; however, that was on 6th October and I’ve still not received any form of response to my enquiries. At this point, four months on from my move, I can only assume I am being intentionally ignored in the hope that I will go away and LMV can keep hold of my money - I am not willing to let that happen. Update 30/11/23 - after sending many emails and ringing multiple times, I have now received my refund for the parking fine deposit. It’s a shame because the service was really good on the day, but the amount of time and effort taken to get it back marred my experience.

Oct 25,2023Easy booking! Fast, efficient and polite movers. Used this company for the first time on the 2023-10-24 for our office move in Central London. Movers were running a bit late (30 mins) but they gave a ring in the morning and politely explained the situation. No drama! I recommend their services and will use them again - 5 stars service.

Oct 11,2023Very happy. Informed 30 mins before arrival and everything really fast and efficient. Was most struck by the care handling the load: no bashes and no marks. Wojtek and his colleague were really good. Would definitely use London Man Van again.

Oct 04,2023Wojtek and his colleague were quick, efficient and professional. Packing up my 2 bedroom flat into their Luton van and then unloading it all into the desired rooms. Minor scuffs on bigger items and one small damage to a table leg but overall very happy with the move. Whole move took about 5 hours to travel 45mins drive away. Would recommend them.

Sep 04,2023We moved from London to Leeds a few days ago. We found London Man Van online and the reviews looked good; so we booked. The day before our move we realised we had booked only one man and a van and, seeing all we had packed, thought we should have booked two men. Despite it being a Bank Holiday we got an instant response to our WhatsApp message saying that our booking had been amended. In the morning two men and the van arrived. The team was led by Wojtek and the two of them loaded the van in just 30 minutes. They drove to Leeds and arrived in very good time. They unloaded in 45 minutes, without any fuss or damage. They could not have worked harder or more efficiently. I had received a quote at three times the price from a leading removal firm; LMV did an amazing job for us at a very reasonable cost and the service could not have been better. Thankyou, Wojtek and your colleague.

They made my relocation/transition from Brighton to London very easy and relaxed. So I appreciate that and even went the extra mile to put a fire door back on in my new property. Feb 11,2024We booked a move through a company called Peterborough Removals but the receipt was from London Man Van. We booked the largest van on their website and paid £1,136. The van was not large enough for our possessions which are not excessive by any means. At least 1/4 of our belongings were left in our garage! The company offered us 15% off a 2nd van hire to complete the job! So stressful & we have had to hire a self drive van to go back, over 100 miles, to collect the rest. What a disaster.
