Was a nightmare. Unprofessional and aggressive staff. Couldn’t speak English. They left half of the boxes out of the luton van simply because they were not able to load properly. They refused to carry some forniture for some health and safety issues. But in this Corona Virus scenario they were without any protections. I provide them with gloves and mask but they refused. I also beed insulted and physically threatened in front of my family because they requested additional money and I refused. I had to call the police to calm them down. The boss is useless never answer the phone. At the end I pay 400 gbp and i have Damage forniture dirty and half of the belonging in the previous flat. Never again.

The two clowns that showed up weren’t respectful nor helpful at all. They came an hour late. Only one person did some of the work while the other stood their talking and laughing the whole time. We had to help me them remove the stuff although we chose and paid for a helper to come with the driver too. Throughout the job, all they did was boss my brother around and refused to move in half way through. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any one. Plus, they barely speak english and they talk in their own language together. Plus, it states in their website if we help them we get 10% and the student discount however this rip off scamming company gave us no discount and we had to pay the full amount. Oh and the boss is useless too, he always acts stupid and barely answers the phone. They also forgot a valuable bag outside the lift. Plus, calling me stupid for calling the boss isn’t respectful nor professional. The boss and his clowns are racist and lack respect and responsibility. They act like kids. DONT USE THEM USE OTHER MAN AND VAN SERVICES
