Sep 06,2019I received a confirmation at time of booking and a few days beforehand. Their policy says they'll email/text the day prior (they didn't) and you can call an email with any problems (you can't, no-one anwers the phone numbers or reponds to emails) They eventually arrived 2 hours late. The driver and assistant were great, professional and helpful. The job was finished an hour early I received a text an hour later claming it had just been completed. I've emailed them to inform them of all this prior to posting, but, what a surprise, no response! The 'HQ' is awful, the drivers and vans are good. Unnecessary stress due to lack of correct communication.

Sep 06,2019Adrian and Andrew did my move today. Very quick! Adrian was very friendly & they both worked really hard. Nothing seems to be damaged. Would definitely use again! The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they were an hour late

Sep 06,2019I booked them for a Saturday afternoon two days ago and paid in full. They have just cancelled 24 hours before the move on the basis that their system doesn’t work properly and shouldn’t have allowed me to book leaving me in a very difficult position. Absolutely crap service.
