Feb 15,2023My husband ordered a Vagabond loafer for me, it’s so cute and I really love it. However the size is too big. We have to return and order a new one. We sent the loafer back but not sure when we’ll get the refund. When we reach to the customer service, Nicola is extremely helpful and resolved our problem immediately. We are very happy with our experience with London Store and will order more items in future!
