Ne confermo la positività, sottolineando una grande puntualità nel rispondere del servizio clienti e mettendo in luce anche la vastità di prodotti che sono messi in vendita spesso a cifre più basse dei competitor Riordinerò.

Nov 24,2022The discount of 10% for first orders placed by subscribers is only for products with no discount. But the information is not shown on the site. You have to go through the whole purchasing process and contacting the costumer support to know that. Moreover, when I tried to place the order my bank returned a risk message declining the payment. When I contacted the costumer services, the reply was (transcribing): 'Good morning, maybe it's a bug Complete your order' I'm off.

Il mercoledì sera chiamo in negozio per domandare se avessero un determinato capo, mi viene risposto che tale capo sarebbe arrivato il GIOVEDÌ mattina in negozio. Dunque chiedo la cortesia di metterlo da parte (lasciando anche il mio nominativo). Il VENERDÌ sera mi presento in negozio e scopro che avevano venduto il mio capo. LONDON STORE SEDE IN VIA NILO,NAPOLI SCONSIGLIATA Risposta: l'articolo è arrivato in negozio il GIOVEDÌ MATTINA,io mi sono presentata in store il VENERDÌ SERA! Non mi sono presentata 1 settimana dopo,bensì 24h ore dopo! Voi in negozio mi avete detto "che avevo fatto passare 3 giorn", questa cosa non è assolutamente vera perché,ribadisco, è vero che la chiamata è stata fatta il mercoledì ma il prodotto è arrivato il giovedì in negozio perché in store non era presente ancora! Quindi se sapete fare due calcoli elementari: da giovedì mattina,fino a venerdì sera non sono 3 giorni! E non aggiungo altro. Siete voi che non rispettate. Allora al cliente non dite che ha massimo 24 ore di tempo per ritirare il prodotto,ma dite che ha solo QUALCHE ORA di tempo! Così risulterete più credibili e trasparenti ;)

Sep 07,2022First of all, great customer service. Initially I had a problem with not working tracking and two days before expected delivery day I contacted them. They replied quickly, fixed the tracking and even though they said there might be delay, the package arrived as planned. The goods I received are fine and the prices are cheaper than on other sites. One of items didn't fit quite well, so I returned it. Returns are free and return process is quite easy. After a couple of days I received a refund. I highly recommend them.
