Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Dec 22,2024Not the best experience with Longacres Click and Collect. Firstly no confirmation email that the order was ready until after 9am on the date of collection (I had to chase on the day before travelling). Collection was slick but on returning home, I found both items were faulty with parts missing off both of them. This should have been obvious and checked by the picker. Emailed for resolution and eventually offered partial refund as unable to get back to the store and only one was available for exchange.
