Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Dec 17,2024Lovely product although slight damage on opening. Sent pictures to customer care who refunded without any fuss and gave absolutely fantastic customer care. Delivery was also brilliant. Think it was slightly damaged in transition. Although must say the quality of the actual garland was exceptional. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Dec 15,2024The model cost over a £100, unfortunately when it arrived one the figures had become detached. I would imagine this happened in transit. Knowing how heavy handed Yodel can be, perhaps bubble wrap packed internally might mitigate the risk for future purchasers. Despite assurances from courier that parcel would be left where requested it was left on the step, contrary to courier policy. To have returned it would have meant entering another “ World of Pain”
