Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Dec 10,2024Ordering online was straightforward and the delivery arrived on the day agreed and appreciated the courtesy email from the driver of their ETA. The tree itself is fantastic - I tend to go out with the family to choose our trees every year but this year we chose to do it online. Will definitely consider Longacres again next year!

Dec 10,2024I'D ORDERED A LEMAX CHRISTMAS VILLAGE HOUSE, THEN I WAS NOTIFIED IT WAS OUT OF STOCK, & WOULDN'T BE DELIVERED BY THE ARRANGED DATE, THE COMPANY WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME GETTING THIS HOUSE FOR MY HUSBANDS CHRISTMAS PRESENT, THEY CONTACTED ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR SHOPS, THE DRIVER WENT TO PICK IT UP, THEN THEY WERE O/S TOO, THEN NEW STOCK STOCKS CAME, SO LONGACRES CONTACTED ME TO SAY WHEN WOULD I LIKE A DELIVERY, THE DRIVER DELIVERED MY ORDER ON A SUNDAY NO LESS, HOW IMPRESSIVE IS THAT, WHAT FANTSTIC SERVICE, I WAS EMAILED NEARLY EVERY DAY FROM A LOVELY LADY CALLED NICOLA, TO KEEP ME IMFORMED ON WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO MY ORDER, EVEN HELPING WHEN I ASKED ABOUT ANOTHER O/S ITEM.
