Jun 11,2021I’ve been attempting to return an Apple Watch and I can’t get anyone to answer my emails….. I initially received an email asking for my order number. I responded with the number and haven’t heard anything for a week. Update 6/20/21 Loop Mobile corrected the situation promptly…….. once we made contact they were professional and helpful with my return….. I would use this company again in the future.

Jun 10,2021I am looking forward to updating this review. For now, I have only a meaningless tracking number, not the phone I ordered. According to the email I received the day after my purchase, my phone should have been delivered six days ago, but the tracking number still says "shipment information sent to FedEx." I submitted a support request yesterday. I've gotten lots of communication from them: the tracking number a few times, several coupon codes, and now an email from TrustPilot asking about my experience. But I haven't gotten the item I ordered or a reply to my inquiry about it.

May 21,2021The first phone sent had screen damage. This was not the end of the world but it was frustrating trying to contact customer support. Only a foreign phone number on the website and no email response for several days. I also stated that I wanted a replacement phone but still had to wait for a refund and reorder myself. Eventually another phone was sent but there definitely have room for improvement. The phone was a mother's day present but ended up being 10 days late. Later the company did follow up and offer me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which was nice.
