Dec 01,2023I bought a iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and it arrived beautifully with an original apple packed cable and 11 months of applecare already paid for. Fantastic deal, quick shipping. (I really appreciate that loop commits to using OEM parts, as some other marketplaces can be more unpredictable.)

Dec 01,2023I paid extra for a phone in "Pristine" condition. This did not apparently translate to the components of the phone as it came with only 85% battery life, the bare minimum they deliver without replacing the battery. This is a problem as the 2400 battery is already small for today's power demands. Neither of the phone numbers for customer service work and do not allow you to hold or wait. They just drop the call. To be fair, I did send an email ~24 hours ago and am waiting for a response from Loop. I will update my rating if my experience improves. **UPDATE : Updating review to 4 stars. After a few weeks of back-and forth, their CS did eventually work to find a replacement with better battery life. The exchange went well and I am happy with the new unit.

Sep 11,2023I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.
